本隱私權政策說明 elephant vpn（開發者：MackWen）如何存取、收集、使用、保存及刪除資料。elephant vpn 使用 Android VPN Service，透過加密通道將裝置網路流量傳送至使用者選擇的 VPN 節點。
2. 我們收集的資料
- App 隨機產生的 DEVICE_ID；不讀取 IMEI、SIM 序號或硬體序號。
- 裝置出口公網 IP、本地網路 IP、系統語言及 App 版本。
- 選擇的 VPN 節點、連線狀態、連線開始時間、在線時長及上下載流量統計。
- 提供 VPN 功能所需的技術資訊與錯誤狀態。
只有在使用者明確同意後，App 才會建立 DEVICE_ID 並開始回報上述資料。
3. 使用目的
- 提供、維護及排除 VPN 連線問題。
- 辨識在線裝置、防止重複計數及顯示使用統計。
- 維護服務安全、容量及節點健康狀態。
4. 分享與出售
我們不出售個人資料，不用於跨 App 或跨網站追蹤，也不與廣告商分享。資料只會在提供服務所需範圍內由伺服器與受託基礎設施處理，或依法令要求提供。
5. 保存與刪除
在線狀態及工作階段統計只在提供服務與維護所需期間保存。使用者可在 App 的「隱私權政策」選擇撤回同意；App 將中斷 VPN、停止回報並要求刪除該 DEVICE_ID 的登錄資料。也可透過下方聯絡方式提出資料刪除要求。
6. 資料安全
App 與控制服務之間使用 HTTPS 傳輸。VPN 流量使用加密通道傳送。我們採取合理的存取限制與技術措施，但任何網路傳輸或儲存方式均無法保證絕對安全。
7. 使用者選擇
使用者可拒絕或撤回同意。未同意時，App 不會建立回報元件或提供 VPN 首頁；撤回後可再次開啟 App 重新選擇。Android 系統 VPN 權限可在系統設定中撤銷。
8. 兒童隱私
本服務不以兒童為目標，也不會刻意收集兒童個人資料。如發現誤收資料，請聯絡我們以便刪除。
9. 政策更新
如資料處理方式發生重大變更，我們會更新本頁的版本與生效日期，並在必要時於 App 內重新取得同意。

App နှင့် control service ကြား HTTPS ကို အသုံးပြုပါသည်။ VPN ဒေတာကို ကုဒ်ဝှက်ထားသော ချိတ်ဆက်မှုဖြင့် ပို့ပါသည်။ သင့်လျော်သော နည်းပညာနှင့် ဝင်ရောက်ခွင့်ကန့်သတ်မှုများကို အသုံးပြုသော်လည်း လုံးဝလုံခြုံမှုကို အာမခံ၍ မရပါ။
၇။ အသုံးပြုသူ၏ ရွေးချယ်ခွင့်

ဤဝန်ဆောင်မှုသည် ကလေးများအတွက် ရည်ရွယ်ထားခြင်းမရှိဘဲ ကလေးများ၏ ကိုယ်ရေးအချက်အလက်ကို တမင်စုဆောင်းခြင်းမပြုပါ။ မှားယွင်းစွာ စုဆောင်းထားကြောင်း သိရှိပါက ဖျက်ပစ်ရန် ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ကို ဆက်သွယ်ပါ။

1. About this policy
This Privacy Policy explains how elephant vpn (developer: MackWen) accesses, collects, uses, retains, and deletes data. elephant vpn uses Android VPN Service to route device network traffic through an encrypted tunnel to the VPN server selected by the user.
2. Data we collect
- A randomly generated DEVICE_ID. We do not read the IMEI, SIM serial number, or hardware serial number.
- The device's public IP address, local network IP address, system language, and App version.
- The selected VPN server, connection status, session start time, connection duration, and upload/download usage statistics.
- Technical information and error states needed to provide and troubleshoot the VPN service.
The App creates a DEVICE_ID and begins reporting the data described above only after the user gives affirmative consent.
3. How we use data
- To provide, maintain, and troubleshoot VPN connections.
- To identify online devices, avoid duplicate counts, and display usage statistics.
- To maintain service security, capacity, and server health.
4. Sharing and sale of data
We do not sell personal data, use it for cross-app or cross-site tracking, or share it with advertisers. Data is processed only by our servers and service infrastructure as necessary to provide the service, or disclosed when required by law.
5. Data retention and deletion
Online status and session statistics are retained only for as long as necessary to provide and maintain the service. Users may withdraw consent from the in-app Privacy Policy. The App will disconnect the VPN, stop reporting, and request deletion of the registration data associated with that DEVICE_ID. A deletion request may also be submitted using the contact details below.
6. Data security
Communication between the App and the control service uses HTTPS. VPN traffic is transmitted through an encrypted tunnel. We apply reasonable access controls and technical safeguards, but no transmission or storage method can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices
You may decline or withdraw consent. Before consent, the App does not create its reporting component or open the VPN home screen. After withdrawal, you may reopen the App and make a new choice. Android VPN permission may also be revoked in system settings.
8. Children's privacy
This service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect children's personal data. If you believe such data was collected by mistake, contact us so that it can be deleted.
9. Changes to this policy
If our data practices change materially, we will update the effective date and version on this page and request consent again in the App when required.
